Summit Tucker joined W. Calvin Smith, II, P.C. in 2013, and focuses his practice on worker’s compensation and personal injury. He routinely serves as lead counsel and represents his clients in jury and non-jury trials, and mediations with wide ranging experience in State and Federal Court. Summit has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Recently, Summit was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Trial Attorney in the Nation for 2018. Additionally, Summit was selected as a member into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum where less than 1% of lawyers are selected as members and qualifications require a settlement or verdict of $1,000,000.00 or more. Summit is also the youngest attorney to make partner in the firm’s history.
Summit discovered his passion for becoming a voice for people that cannot speak for themselves during law school, where he represented indigent clients at both the free Legal Aid Clinic and the Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic. Summit’s experience has given him the opportunity to help victims and their families through some of the most difficult times of their lives. He brings that experience and passion for justice with him to W. Calvin Smith, II, P.C. and continues to fight for his clients.
Summit is a proud Atlanta native and Georgia Bulldogs Fan. In his free time Summit enjoys playing basketball and hiking with his dog, Arya.
