Nick was born in LaGrange, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. Nick was an active member on campus, working in various school clubs and investing himself in the Athens community.
After graduating from The University of Georgia, Nick moved to Atlanta to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Nick graduated top 20 in his class and received a CALI award while in law school.
Nick has been working at W. Calvin Smith II, P.C. since he graduated law school. To date, Nick has recovered thousands of dollars for Georgia families that have been injured at work and in accidents.
When not working, Nick enjoys hanging out with his wife and dogs, playing golf, and being outdoors.
