Heather earned her Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies and Maritime Affairs from the California Maritime Academy and a Master’s in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Before joining Calvin Smith Law, Heather served in the U.S. military, where she held a range of legal roles both domestically and overseas. Her assignments included serving as a Special Victim Counsel, Trial Counsel, Legal Assistance Attorney, Claims Officer, Special Assistant United States Attorney, and Civil Law Attorney.
Heather is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Oklahoma. She brings a strong commitment to advocacy and client-focused representation to her work at Calvin Smith Law.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys traveling, supporting veterans’ causes, and spending time with her family.
