Frank Giuliani was born in Brooklyn, New York but grew up outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Frank attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania where he graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice. He also studied abroad at the University of Oxford in England during the summer of 2002, where he focused primarily on Comparative Politics.
After graduating from college, Frank joined the United States Navy, where he served aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt as well as a deployment to Afghanistan where he was a mentor to the Afghan National Military.
Frank then attended Western Michigan Cooley Law School, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2014. While at Western Michigan Cooley Law School, Frank clerked at the 30th Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan for the Honorable Rosemarie Aquilina. Additionally, Frank served as the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association and received a Leadership Achievement Award for his involvement in the school.
Following law school, Frank moved to Kennesaw, GA and joined the Atlanta Police Department. After protecting the streets of Atlanta for 4 years, Frank joined the law firm W. Calvin Smith II, P.C. as an associate attorney. He is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and exploring Atlanta.
