Kelley McIntire was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia. For her undergraduate degree, she attended Emory University, where she graduated at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Environmental Studies.
After leaving Emory, Kelley worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., before attending Emory University School of Law and graduating with honors. During law school, she was involved with the Juvenile Defender Clinic, the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Kelley is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
